The International Day of UHC (Universal Health Coverage) was proclaimed by the United Nations on 2017. This day aims to raise awareness of the need for strong and resilient health systems and universal health coverage with multi-stakeholder partners. Universal health coverage refers to everyone; everywhere should have access to health care.

Christopher Murray, responsible of Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation in the University of Washington (EEUU), had studied the sanitary competition between the countries around the world which had developed during 1990 and 2015; he focus on mortality rate, are 32 diseases can be battle with an appropriate health care.
